Before placing your order, double-check your quote, technical drawing, and CAD file for consistency. This helps catch discrepancies before production begins. For any questions, reach out to your account manager or contact@cadandacart.com.
We take on manufacturing risks for you. If your parts aren’t up to spec, you can file a dispute within 90 days of receiving your order using the “Raise an Issue” link. We’ll remake or refund your order, and our Customer Success Team typically resolves issues within 1–3 business days.
